ubuntu wordpress Error establishing a database connection

Скачал чистый wordpress. страница http://localhost/wp-admin/setup-config.php?step=1 отображается, но при переходе на страницу http://localhost/wp-admin/setup-config.php?step=2 ошибка Error establishing a database connection. define('WP_ALLLOW_REPAIR', 'true') не работает.
