visaul studio 2019 peview and Blazor broken

i have an irritating issue with Visual Studio Blazoe IntelliSense, it's working about 2-3 days, and then stop working tottaly, reboot, reinstall, recover do not take eefect ,just totaly remove of visual studio with any mention of "Visual Studio" folder and files and then new installation fixes the problem

Maybe someone have already faced and fixed this problem?
