Установка fibers глобально в Node.js для Vuetify

Хочу установить fibers вот так

npm install fibers -D

Но получаю ошибки:

Node.js последней версии. Бьюсь уже три дня. Нужен для зависимостей в Vuetify.

Вот такие установки уже сделал:

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

npm install --global node-gyp

Ось Win10 x64

Помогите плиз...
