cv2.error: OpenCV(4.2.0) error: (-215:Assertion failed) !_src.empty() in function 'cv::cvtColor'

Есть код с хабра: https://habr.com/ru/post/466565/ , но возникает ошибка. Не понимаю как исправить. Безымянный.png - фотография, на которой 5 букв(одно слово английское). Программа делает буквы жирным шрифтом и обводит. Как её исправить? Заранее спасибо.
