Can't start ClickHouse on vagrant (ubuntu)

vagrant@vagrant-ubuntu-trusty-64:/vagrant$ sudo service clickhouse-server start
Start clickhouse-server service: chown: invalid user: ‘clickhouse:clickhouse’
No passwd entry for user 'clickhouse'
Cannot obtain value of path from config file: /etc/clickhouse-server/config.xml

I tried to set password to default user in users.xml, but it did't help
