pytelegrambotapi python bot using heroku hosting

hy! i tried to host a bot python, using module pytelegrambotapi. HEROKU IS MY HOSTING. so, i hosted a bot, but it works reallyyyyyyyyyyyyy slowly. it answers every 20-10 minutes. want to do without webhook, can i? it works a few minutes, then it stops, again works...
