Как сделать picturebox с закругленными краями?

Подскажите пожалуйста, как правильно сделать закругление PictureBox, а именно: Я хочу сделать вот как, добавив фотку на PictureBox, и применив закругление. Фотография которая была добавлена, не как не страдала при закруглении, а страдал только сам элемент.
