Шифр Эль Гамаля, неверное дешифрование

Не могу понять, почему сообщение дешифруется неправильно. Сижу уже несколько часов. Шифрование вроде происходит верно, а вот при дешифровке получаю другие символы. А если значение p маленькое, то и вовсе кракозябры (но в этом случае разобрался, сообщение должно быть меньше числа p). Подскажите, что не так и как можно это исправить?
