TNTFOLDER encryption/decryption

Коллеги, день добрый. Столкнулся с проблемой, имеется архив, который представляет собой zip с зашифрованными заголовками. Есть утилита, которая все это дело преобразовывает в надлежащий вид, но она не справляется с нужным архивом.(преобразовывает в нормальный ZIP, но любой архиватор ругается "Ошибка в заголовках". Проблемный архив и утилиту прилагаю.

Прошу Вашей помощи с распаковкой архива.

Format Specifications Normal ZIP file with encrypted headers

Notes and Comments The TNTFOLDER files are normal ZIP files but with all the headers encrypted through an algorithm which requires the sequential decryption of the ZIP directories in the following order: end central, central and local For the encryption/decryption is required an 8 bits number which is probably calculated on the filename (not verified), due to the short range of this number it can be easily brute forced comparing the result with the sign of the end central directory.
