Как правильно установить windows-build-tools?
в логе build-tools-log_SecondaryInstaller_UX.log по пути C:\Users\Anriko.windows-build-tools
только это смутило DownloadManager Warning: 0 : SQM didn't upload. Result code=0 ,но ошибок не увидел
