Ruby on Rails: ошибка при запуски теста Permission denied @ rb_file_s_rename

День добрый! Начал изучать Ruby и столкнулся с проблемой. Перерыл гугл, решения так и не нашел, решил спросить здесь.

При запуске тестов появляется ошибка: ActionView::Template::Error: Permission denied @ rb_file_s_rename

Запускаю командой rake test Система: Windows 10

Сам код тестов:
