Server did not find a current representation

Question

Не могу получить отображение view при конфигурации Spring MVC. Получаю ошибку 404 без сообщений. Попробовал запрос на контроллер писать и с именем артефакта, и без.

MySpringMvcDispatcherSerlvetIntitializer:
