Nightmode во фрагменте

Есть активити Setting, при нажатии на переключатель меняет на другую тему. Как можно сделать чтобы с этого же переключателя, менялась во фрагменте или в другом активити?

                if (isChecked) {

                    sharedpref.setNightModeState(true);
                    restartApp();
                }
                else {
                    sharedpref.setNightModeState(false);
                    restartApp();
                }
            }
        });
    }
    public void restartApp () {
        Intent i = new Intent(getApplicationContext(),Setting.class);
        startActivity(i);
