Что не так с этими конфигами? [nginx]

Имеется два nginx конфига в папке /etc/nginx/sites-enabled. include из этой директории включен и nginx перезапускал говорю сразу.

Вопрос: Почему в 1 случае nginx нормально обрабатывает php а во втором выдает его за обычный текст?

config 1:
