Массив пуст при парсинге таблицы с сайта - PHP

Получаю пустые массивы при парсинге таблицы HTML, что делаю неправильно? или сайт защищен от парсинга? вот код:

данные загружаются внутри , как вытащить необходимые данные изнутри script?
