Не получается присоединить серверную часть

Выполняю данную инструкцию https://developer.squareup.com/blog/android-in-app-payments-sdk-tutorial/

после успешной транзакции я пробую установить сервер

https://github.com/square/in-app-payments-server-quickstart не понимаю куда это нужно скопировать Copy https://[Heroku app name].herokuapp.com/chargeForCookie as your URL to POST to in your mobile application. (Heroku name - sandbox-sergey)

и как запустить в корневой папке команду
