Проблема с AVD Emulator

Помогите пожалуйста понять, что за проблема. Не запускается через AVD Emulator в Android Studio виртуальный девайс под 30 API, сразу после запуска падает. Что характерно под 29 API запускается нормально. Текст ошибки:
