Не выполняется функция добавления тегов для img при сохранении поста в WordPress

Доброго времени суток.

Задача сего кода - добавления картинкам ширины и высоты, которые добавлены вручную непосредственно в статье.

Но почему то код не срабатывает, теги не добавляются. Как будет правильно?
